***Any full paper, short communication paper or poster submission requires at least one author to be fully registered to the conference once accepted. Student registration alone is not sufficient for this requirement.
Multiple submissions require one distinct registration for each accepted submission. In this case, student registrations can also be considered if at least one full registration is present.
Failure to follow this EFMI/MIE rule will lead to cancellation of the submission acceptance.

For any cancellation, the following cancellation fee will be applied:
More than 80 days before the first day of the congress:
No cancellation fee. Complete reimbursement, excluding bank fees.
Between 79 and 30 days before the first day of the congress:
50% cancellation fee. Reimbursement of 50% of the payment.
Less than 30 days before the first day of the congress:
100% cancellation fee. No reimbursement.
Please note that no cancellation is possible if a Letter of Confirmation has been requested for this registration.
Moreover, no cancellation is possible if the registration is connected to one published paper or poster.
Confirmation letters for visa purposes can only be issued to people who have completed the registration process and paid the registration fee. The Conference Secretariat will process Letters of Confirmation upon request. The letters will be issued as PDF documents via email.
Issuance of the visa will depend on the relevant official. The organisers of the conference will not take on any financial responsibilities for the potential costs of a delegate travelling to Estonia or any costs related to their stay in Estonia. Details on visa and consular issues, crossing the border, etc. are available at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Participants requiring a visa should apply immediately to the Estonian or partnering embassy in their home country to avoid inconvenience. Please contact the officials before your appointment to confirm what documents are required.
